1. Who We Are

Perro Wrap (the "Platform") is operated by Brilliant & Blessed LLC, a Florida limited liability company. The platform is accessible at www.perrowrap.com.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly and information generated by your use of the Platform:

• Handle (username): A user-chosen identifier stored in your browser's localStorage and in our database when you interact with the Platform.
• Email address: Collected only when you voluntarily provide it — through the notify list, contact form, or submission forms (beat submissions, NFT mint requests, license requests). We do not collect your email address passively.
• Uploaded files: Audio files, images, and other assets you submit through our intake forms (beat submissions, NFT mint requests, studio uploads). These are stored on our servers in protected storage.
• Transaction records: When you spend PWC (Perro Wrap Coin) on the Platform, we record the transaction in our database — including the product purchased, amount, and your handle.
• IP address and server logs: Our web servers automatically log your IP address and request metadata for security, debugging, and abuse prevention. These logs are retained for up to 30 days.
• Contact messages: When you submit a contact inquiry, we store your name, email, topic, and message.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To deliver services — fulfilling digital product orders, processing beat submissions, managing NFT mint requests.
• To send transactional emails — order confirmations, submission receipts, status updates, and contact inquiry auto-replies. These are sent only in response to an action you took.
• To send notification emails — if you opted in via the "Stay in the loop" form. You can opt out at any time by contacting [email protected].
• To maintain order history accessible from your dashboard.
• To detect abuse and maintain platform security.

We do not use your information for advertising, sell it to third parties, or share it with data brokers.

4. Blockchain & XRPL

PWC (Perro Wrap Coin) is a token issued on the XRP Ledger (XRPL) Mainnet, a public blockchain. Transactions recorded on the XRPL — including wallet addresses, token transfers, and trustlines — are publicly visible and immutable. We do not control the XRPL and cannot modify or delete on-chain records.

If you connect a wallet or add a trustline, your public wallet address becomes associated with your activity on a public blockchain. Do not share your wallet secret key with anyone, including Perro Wrap.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

We use your browser's localStorage (not traditional HTTP cookies) to persist your handle between sessions. This data stays on your device and is never transmitted unless you take an action that sends it to the server. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

We do not use tracking pixels, third-party cookies, or advertising cookies.

6. Data Retention

• Account data (handle, balance, orders): Retained as long as your account is active or until you request deletion.
• Email addresses (notify list): Retained until you request removal.
• Uploaded files: Retained as needed to fulfill submissions. Files may be deleted after fulfillment.
• Contact messages: Retained for support record-keeping. Deleted on request.
• Server logs: Automatically purged after 30 days.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 10 business days. Note that on-chain blockchain records cannot be deleted.

8. Third-Party Services

• XRP Ledger (XRPL): Public blockchain network. No privacy agreement — transactions are public by design.
• Replit: Hosting infrastructure. Subject to Replit's own privacy policy.
• SMTP email provider: Used for transactional email delivery. Email content is transmitted but not retained by the provider beyond delivery.

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any advertising tracking services.

9. Children

The Platform is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us immediately.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy at any time. The "Effective Date" at the top indicates when it was last revised. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
