1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Perro Wrap platform (the "Platform") at perrowrap.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

The Platform is operated by Brilliant & Blessed LLC ("we," "us," or "Company"), a Florida limited liability company.

2. Description of the Platform

Perro Wrap is a commerce operating system built on XRPL that enables users to launch automated stores, sell products and services, use creator tools, and participate in a token-powered ecosystem. Users can:

• Acquire and spend PWC (Perro Wrap Coin), a utility token issued on the XRP Ledger Mainnet, used across all platform activity.
• Launch white-label storefronts instantly using the Store Cloner — fully configured and live within seconds.
• Purchase digital and physical products (music packs, merch, beats, templates, downloads) with automated delivery.
• Use AI-powered and automated creator tools — including Auto Master (audio processing), access pass builder, logo generator, and store blueprint generator.
• Request and pay for AI-powered creator services (beat analysis reports, mix feedback PDFs, brand blueprints) directly through the platform.
• Earn PWC automatically through the referral system when others they refer make purchases on the platform.
• Submit beats, NFT mint requests, and music license requests for review and fulfillment.
• Browse published beats, NFTs, and campaigns in the discovery gallery.

3. PWC Is Not a Security

PWC (Perro Wrap Coin) is a utility token used exclusively within the Perro Wrap platform ecosystem. It is not a security, investment, or financial instrument. Acquiring PWC does not represent an investment in Brilliant & Blessed LLC or entitle you to any ownership, equity, or profit-sharing.

Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice. You acquire and use PWC entirely at your own discretion and risk.

PWC has no guaranteed monetary value and may not be convertible to cash or other currencies through the Platform.

4. PWC Acquisition & Use

PWC is distributed by Brilliant & Blessed LLC and is used across all platform activity — including product purchases, creator tool execution, store launches, service bookings, and referral earnings. Pricing and payment terms are set at the Company's discretion and may change without notice.

PWC is credited to your account after the Company confirms receipt of payment. Many platform actions (store launches, tool execution, service bookings, access passes) are automated and take effect immediately upon sufficient PWC balance. Some services — such as beat submissions, NFT reviews, and music license requests — may require manual review before fulfillment.

5. Digital Product Sales — No Refunds

All digital product purchases made with PWC are final and non-refundable. Once a digital file has been delivered (download link issued), no refund or reversal will be processed.

For physical merchandise orders, contact [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your item if there is a defect or fulfillment error. Refunds for physical goods are at the Company's discretion.

6. User Submissions

By submitting content (beats, audio files, NFT assets, etc.) to the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the right to submit the content.
• The content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
• The content does not contain illegal material.

Submissions go through manual review. Submission does not guarantee publication, minting, or fulfillment. The Company reserves the right to reject any submission for any reason.

You retain ownership of your submitted content. By submitting, you grant the Company a limited, non-exclusive license to display and process your content as needed to fulfill the service.

7. Auto Master — Reference-Based Processing

The Auto Master tool uses reference-based audio processing (Matchering 2.0) and/or FFmpeg loudness normalization. Results are automated and not a substitute for professional human audio engineering. The Company makes no guarantees about output quality. All Auto Master purchases are final.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Platform to:

• Submit content you do not own or have rights to.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Platform.
• Create fake handles or impersonate others.
• Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable law.

9. Availability & Changes

The Platform is provided "as is" without any warranty of uptime, performance, or availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time. We may update these Terms at any time — continued use constitutes acceptance.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brilliant & Blessed LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to the Company in the 90 days preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform will be resolved by binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida, under the rules of JAMS. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action.
